The beef imported to the EU will not be stuffed full of growth hormone.

That has to be beef that meets the EU standards, i.e. no growth hormone, and animal welfare standards she the animal was alive.
This also isn't a huge amount of beef in the EU market. The UK exports more than this to Ireland alone.
