Former Cardiff City striker Michael Chopra is currently training with Dave Jones’ Hartlepool United.
The former Bluebirds’ talisman has been reunited with his former boss Dave Jones at Sky bet League Two outfit Hartlepool United as he looks to secure a club, according to Hartlepool Mail.
Chopra is a free agent having spent time with Indian club Kerala Blasters, as well as Alloa Athletic where injuries played a part in his release.
The 33-year-old’s most fruitful spells arrived at Cardiff City under Dave Jones with more than 50 goals across four spells in South Wales.
