It was ridiculous thing to say whichever way you try to spin it.

As many, if not more, Labour suppporters want brexit and are anti-foreigner than Conservative ones. What difference does it make anyway, if we started vetting people who enter the area or worked for the club based on their political leanings or moral beliefs, the games would be held in a half empty stadium and particularly, your seat would definately be empty.
That goes against any evidence I've ever seen on the subject

Re: Warnock comes across as a tory and a xenophobe
Are some of you not realizing what Warnock actually said, when he said to hell with the world, it was in the context of everyone everywhere not just in the uk, sticking their nose in the brexit debate, when they should keep their nose out, i guess you all missed the part when he said it maybe easier to sign players if and when we are out.
And Croesy I have a brain which i use, it has nothing to do with city why i am defending his right to speak what he believes, just because you say something does not make it a fact, so you should use what little brain you have, although I do not expect you will!

He’s speaking what he believes and it’s absolute vacuous nonsense that’s why everyone thinks he’s a bit of a berk.
The rest of the world couldn’t give a shit about brexit other than laughing at us. Outside of the EU council who just want us to get on with it.

There is something wrong with being xenophobic, why would you dislike someone just for being born the other side of a man made border?
No ones saying it affects his ability as a football manager people are saying it makes him backwards. I think he’s done a great job and actually think people are a bit harsh on him considering where we are at this stage of the season.
The English Channel is NOT a man made border 😁

Ah - but you didnt quote me or put a comma in, so no wonder I got confused. Anyway, if you think that anyone 'anti-foreigner' is a moron, then that means that you must think at least a quite large proportion of the population of the Country is moronic. Again, I dont see that whether NW is anti-foreigner or not (and I cant personally see how he can be, given his relationship with Choo, Dalman, Tan and the players) has anything whatsoever to do with his ability to manage the team.

I think anyone who is anti foreigner is a moron yeah. I don’t believe half the country is anti foreigner and I don’t believe everyone who voted for brexit is anti foreigner either.

The comments you’ve responded to are reasoned and well balanced though.

"Reasoned and well balanced comments".
irony
/ˈʌɪrəni/
noun
the expression of one's meaning by using language that normally signifies the opposite, typically for humorous or emphatic effect.

What do you mean by 'everyone' - you and about 15 other people on this board ? If so, you have an inflated idea of your own importance.

It's so hard to tell whether you actually understand what's going on - you do realise that I was referring to you never being reasoned or well balanced with your comments, right? Please tell me that you do.

Ah but I think that I am and that its you who are unreasonable and unbalanced. So we will just have to agree to differ.

To be fair, it's probably quite easy to think that there are too many foreigners in British football but still have good working relationships with foreigners in order to fulfil your job and maintain your career. That kind of thing happens all the time, where someone doesn't like the idea of foreigners moving to the UK in general but is happy enough to chat with them at the school playground and picking up time (or whatever), maybe even be friendly with them.
In other words "how can he dislike foreigners, his boss is one" is not that convincing :hehe:

I think you’ll find quite a lot of other countries are interested in Brexit and how it pans out. You really do think that your views and opinions are gospel.

Not really, a massively large majority of 70year old wealthy white men in this country are Tory voters, therefore it shouldn't be a surprise that Neil Warnock is, if indeed he is

Re: Warnock comes across as a tory and a xenophobe
"70 year old man from Yorkshire in pro-Brexit shocker".

The irony here is unreal.
I mean the general populace of the countries don’t care, I’ve lived in France and Spain since the brexit vote it’s not big news there for people really. About as much as it is for the U.K. and what’s going on with the Belgian government.
