A lot of flavour of the month foreign managers unable to get his talented foreign players on side and playing for him.
We've got everyone working in the same direction. That's a huge deal.
What we’ve got in abundance is a team spirit that very few can rival that’s for sure it was nowhere near this last time round , you can see how much it means to the players
