Yeah, I'll second that .
I've posted several times asking moderators to check mine and see whether I'm real or not. I even posted a link to an app where people can check it for themselves, because I walked into a forum which I like, but in which I've been continuously accused of being someone else , which I'm simply not.
The only thing is though that you might get different members of a family with the same IP address, so maybe just note that against the account on profile rather than banning them.

You can't limit it to one user per IP address because IP addresses get recycled.

It turned out that it was a Stolen Car though and he was arrested. Even though he got bail, they kept the car and he had a Long Walk Home, and they've also sent his passport and other documentation to I.C.E because they're not convinced that he was actually Born in the USA.
( pity I've got nothing better to do really).
Well I'm not WB but it does make me sad for you to read that.
