I along with other pre covid ST holders had the balance of our matches that we couldnt go to, due to restrictions credited. I still have about £60 on there and tried using it for a ticket for the Norwich game and it wouldnt let me, so i ended up paying for it. Any idea why I couldnt use my credit ?
