Favourite to replace Dean Smith at Brentford.
20/1 for the Macclesfield job though....
1\1 teaching freud in college
you're aving a larf
He'll be back at CCS next season if we're back in the Championship
Did a bloody good baggage clear out job ,created by others , deserves better respect.
The football was rubbish but I met him once and seemed a nice guy. At end of day he left us in a better postion then where we were
Russell Slade left over 3 years ago.
Why do some of our fans still seem to be obsessed by him?????
We maybe looking for a new manager in a couple of weeks?....
Yes, Russel was a genius. First he addressed the horrible fitness levels in the team. He was a tactical genius, with a nose for finding bargain players with generous talent. And like many said, he cleared a lot of “deadwood”
This old plank, he gave away for free.

He was going to be our Arsene Wenger. In charge for 20 years. 😂😂
Tan was a sick **** putting us through those 2 years.
Ok Tan we surrender.
Shocked by the number of Russell Slade apologists on this thread 🙈
He nearly killed this football club more than the rebrand.
I do wonder about the psyche of the average Cardiff City fan.
Warnocks football is part Dave Jones, part Russell Slade.
Great when he gets it right, horrible as **** when he gets it wrong.
I thought the tactics against Burnley were a new low.
Centre half taking pot luck, long throws, from first minute to last.
Each to their own, but that’s not football to me.
Slade was a disgrace
Slade came in at a difficult time, and boy did we feel that under his stewardship. He might have done an effective job but there was a reason crowds fell so low. My biggest criticism is still that he didn't buy anyone from the lower leagues despite having more experience of those leagues than anyone else in football.
He's gone head of football here to winning just 19 games, in 80 games, with 3 clubs. Shocking career move leaving us really.
