I haven't personally, but a few others on here have asked for help with their depression and alcohol problems. Nothing wrong with it as far as I'm concerned.
Even if one person can help someone in need that has to be seen as a plus in my book.

When my mother was alive but in her later years, she would either be constipated for days or shit through the eye of a needle (never worked out why we say that, I never have that accuracy).
She was on so much medication for a variety of problems the doctors put it down to that. Tests never showed anything.

Sludge, long term disorders need a referral from your GP to a specialist, in this case probably for IBD / Digestive disorder. There are brilliant people at Llandough and UHW for IBD etc. I am not a professional , just a long term Crohns / Colostomy sufferer.
