Getting just broadband for a property.....

Is it possible with any providers for a reasonable price? I know virgin are decent, and I need fast connection. They offer £40 a month just for bb OR £37 a month for bb, tv box, phone line and 2g sim with free calls and texts....this one goes up to £69 after 12 months though. It’s for a house full of students so not me personally living there but I did agree to provide bb in their contract. Can you haggle them down after 12 months every year? Or shall I just go for flat bb?

I haggle with VM every time, I pay 28 quid a month for 120mbps.

I pay £24 p/m for just broadband with SSE. Average 35mb download and 10mb upload.
