What about a half Green one and a half black and tan one?

They should come with a free prawn sandwich.

A step too far. More like a can of cider in your area. ;)

Re: Friendship scarves / half and half scarves
Half and half scarves are for plastic fans who change there allegiance at half time to whichever team is winning
-
Re: Friendship scarves / half and half scarves
Why don't Cardiff fans just wave Man City scarves to show our appreciation for the opposition and maturity.
In non-league fans self-segregate and usually swap ends at half times.

What if it's an evening kick-off? :sherlock:

Re: Friendship scarves / half and half scarves
Nothing to do with trouble for me.
Just don't like them.
I can see the interest for big games and buying them for the kids to remember..apart from that...

Getting rid of segregation would destroy atmosphere

Re: Friendship scarves / half and half scarves
I had a half'n'half scarf once, as I heard it was "the thing" in Cardiff.
Took ages to get the curry stains out.

Re: Friendship scarves / half and half scarves
You’ll have ‘em singing Bladon Races to Geordies next!!!!!

Re: Friendship scarves / half and half scarves
I think our Swansea friends have to be congratulated for showing the 'Christian way'. 'Hymns and Arias' and 'Bread of Heaven' are perfect songs. Promoting a healthy atmosphere and the love of Christ at the same time. Something we could take up.

I had a good collection of team scarves in the 70's where the opposition fans would just hand them over, whether they wanted to or not.

I had a new City scarf for my birthday as a nipper. The first time I wore it a City fan swiped it off my shoulders and legged it up Sloper Road. Friendship my arse.

On this I completely agree.
Saw several half and half Man C/Bristol C scarves last night and I just shook my head and walked on.
I have no idea what idiot would buy one of those.
