Just when you thought you couldn't love him any more :-)
Re: Neil tells Gary Lineker where to go
I quite like Gary Lineker personally
Re: Neil tells Gary Lineker where to go
Can't quite make out the rest of it. Does he say it's because Lineker calls him "Colin"?

I love Gary Lineker. He might be my favourite ever footballer. He made the runs and always available. I also love love NW. But I'm little disappointed he hasn't embraced "Collin". I thought he woud like it.

Depends on the way it was used I suppose. If you go on other club messageboards, it's hardly used in an affectionate way is it. I was at an event organised by the club in which our manager made it pretty clear that he didn't like being referred to as "Warnock", so I'm not surprised in the slightest that the anagram of his name is a reason for annoyance as far as he's concerned.
Re: Neil tells Gary Lineker where to go
No doubt Warnock ..er.. I mean Neil Warnock, was a bit miffed by how Lineker addressed him, however, NW kept a degree of humour when he asked the interviewer. "Shall I introduce myself at the start as Colin"? :hehe:
Re: Neil tells Gary Lineker where to go
Well Gary is a snotty pratt , and Neil is a bloody great manager , he's twice the man Gary is, and it will be always be that way .
Re: Neil tells Gary Lineker where to go
Is that why Solanke got as much focus as the entire City performance? If he wasn't English youth he'd not be talked about yesterday.
