The report is very damning of the attitude of the Muslim preacher concerned and the mosque that gave him to platform to express his views, but it does relate to a recording made back in 2014 and the report goes on to clearly show the condemnation from the Muslim community and it's leaders of the radical viewsQuote:

He seemed to say "one interpretation is this and another, different interpretation is this". The first being something that the rest of the article makes sound like it's fairly established and the other being...if it was preaching a hateful version of Islam then it seemed to be done in a calm and almost philosophical fashion.
