My great, great, great grandfather moved here from North Dorset in 1881. Family were blacksmiths from about 1068 til then. Came over with a lot of French after 1066, as thousands of others did. I'm sure most of us that post on here aren't 100% pure Welsh or Celts.

All bar one of my grandparents were born in Wales, yet none of my great grandparents were. They were labourers mainly from Bristol and Somerset, with the exception of a Norwegian sailor!
