I wonder if the Russians could also deposit millions of pounds into rich people's offshore bank accounts, in order to make them look like they have been up to no good? It would be a great legal defence should it ever end up in court :biggrin:

Well if they can do that I wonder if other states can effect things like countries nuclear programs.
