You just can't find the staff anymore, even though the nice British public are donating millions of pounds, which is then being used to make these little "information" films

It's probably TruBlue again seeking more wisdom. What you see an here is a big act, he's forever trying to tell me how that Spivvy bloke really knows what's going on
Re: Lights, Camera, Action!
The video below moved old fish lips to tears. Perhaps they were tears of laughter at the amateurishness of this latest fake video.
It's like the reverse of a 1970s tv advert for washing powder :
Show the lovely clean white sheets
Attractive actress looks at camera and says "Only X washes this white / Thank heaven for X"
Show same attractive actress smiling and hugging attractive kids
Show the baby covered in dust and fake blood
Actors / terrorists look at camera and say together "Assad's airstrikes did this / God damn Assad"
Show actors/terrorists crying and hugging dusty baby

The tears appear to have occurred off-camera, so 50% chance it was an eyedropper filled with some saline solution  Obama showed how hard it is to do a convincing job of crying naturally on camera, you've got to put tear inducing material on your fingers, and then introduce it to the eyes with a rubbing motion. And then there is the awkward moment when you have to look sad before the tears start to roll.
