NW loves him from his Palace days and Villa need to generate as much revenue as possible. Id take him for a modest fee and he would be an excellent addition to the squad

Hardly inspiring. He'll be 34 by the start of the season. Only made 25 starts last season. Hope it's nothing more than a 1 year deal.
