Kipre and Wintle both suspended...
Tuesday
Will be big misses.
Fortunately Robinson back
1 step forward, 2 steps back.

I would bring Nelson in at CB and move NG forward into midfield.
Re: Kipre and Wintle both suspended...
I would have thought Nelson will come in for Kipre and Rimo in for Wintle

Thats a real shame, still Ribinson back is a massive plus, he owes us a performance he let us down badly., we really needed him for the last three and 8/9ths of a game.

only one of our regular CBs are available, so your first thought is to move him to central midfield where I'm not sure if he's ever played before, and leaving us with a new central defensive partnership who have never played together before?
is this Mick McCarthy's new account?
Re: Kipre and Wintle both suspended...
I wouldn't be surprised to see us go with 3 CBs on Tuesday and Romeo and Odowda starting as wing backs
Ralls and Rimo in the middle and a front 3 of Robinson Harris and Philogene.
We need goals

I should have said that I'd bring Simpson in as well, so that we can continue playing four at the back.

Ng has played defensive central midfield before for Crewe I believe, but I'd keep him where he is and bring Rinomhota in alongside Ralls. I'd guess Nelson will start alongside Ng, but I wouldn't be bothered if it was Simpson instead. I'd also go along with the suggestion of a reader of my blog who said they'd play Robinson just behind Harris in the role Ojo occupied on Saturday.
Re: Kipre and Wintle both suspended...
Wintle is a miss but we have adequate cover there. Ralls can be moved there or maybe Sang. We also have romaine sawyers to come in
Re: Kipre and Wintle both suspended...
Not a bad thing , need to see how others perform without the two best players in the side and how as a side we can adapt ..
Isn't Joel Colwill a decent midfielder and a chance to see what he has ..

Agreed. Wintle hasn't been all that recently, mind. Kipre the bigger miss but Nelson is probably better at going for the first ball etc. He can't play at all though.

Least changes the better, Nelson or Simpson for Kipre, best defensively drops back, probably Ralls, get some support around Robinsn and run at them, we should still have enough.
Re: Kipre and Wintle both suspended...
Any mention of how Ebou Adams is progressing? He'd be an ideal like for like with Wintle when fit.

He doesn’t exist, it was all a dream.
