parking outside ASDA tomorrow

did i read on here that its ok to park outside now, as the company who issued the tickets have no gone ? ? ?

I went to Costco the other week and asked the security guy on the door if the 2 hour rule was still applicable and he said its all finished and that the cameras and signs have been removed.
