Who can do a poll to see if Neil should he stay or should he go now
Re: Who can do a poll to see if Neil should he stay or should he go now
I want him to stay but have a big change of heart on how we set up for and approach games.
I honestly do not think he can play any other way than we have seen though.
There seems no plan b once we go behind either. It is as if it then changes to damage limitation than any realistic chance of coming back into the game with any effective attacking play.

We have been very poor since the Leicester game, but don't forget that before that we had a reputation for winning games from a losing position (and I think we are still 3rd or something in the league for that) so your last comment makes no sense. The problem was that we didn't start to play until we were behind - whether that was Plan A, Plan B or Plan X.
If we don't improve on the performances in the last month we are doomed. But if we can get back to the levels we were at earlier in the season, and add a few more goals and defensive solidity (RB and DM at least), and keep the spirit and 'never say die' attitude we could survive.

Heart versus head time.
Heart says no way, he has to stay.
Head says 1 goal from open play in (approx.) 675 minutes and we're starting to whimper!

Question shouldn’t even be being asked !!!!!!
We’re Cardiff ,City not Manchester City !!!!!
Neil fits us, like a handmade shoe and we should be thanking him for a wonderful two years and hopefully more to follow.
If it all goes pear shaped, what the ****, most of us have been there many times before :ayatollah:

In footballing terms I don’t think there’s any reason to panic.
On a personal level, I don’t like the guy.
He’s a bit of a cock isn’t he.

If we was to get rid of him it should've been before the season started as harsh as it may sound, it would be extremely unfair to sack him now but there is no time for sentiment in football and the club will always come first before any manager or player

I like Neil and the fact we are where we are is still a positive. I do worry about the what happens after this season the squad doesn't seem to have much balance and will be a struggle regardless of what league we are in.
