Terrorists in the rebel-held Syrian city of Idlib have almost completed their preparations for a provocation involving chemical weapons, chief spokesman for the Russian Ministry of Defense Major General Igor Konashenkov stated Saturday.
According to the general, leaders of the terrorist group Tahrir al-Sham*, the Turkistan Islamic Movement and representatives of the White Helmets met in Idlib on September 7 in order to coordinate their participation in the upcoming false flag operation.
"The scenarios for the filming of staged ‘incidents’ with the alleged use of poisonous substances by Syrian government troops against civilians in the settlements of Jisr Al-Shugur, Serakab, Taftanaz, and Sarmin were finally agreed upon during the meeting. The full readiness of all participants involved in carrying out staged provocations should be ensured by the evening of September 8. The signal for the beginning of the practical phase of the terrorists' provocation in the province of Idlib will be a special team from some ‘foreign friends of the Syrian revolution',” Konashenkov said.

Western corporate media, via unnamed sources, want us to believe that once again Syrian President Assad is such a bloodthirsty lunatic that he cannot stop himself from attacking innocent civilians with chemical weapons just as he's poised to rid his state of terrorists and with it give the usual crew - US, UK, France, etc - a pretext to bomb his country.
If this poor charade isn't a prelude to a massive regional conflict, and possibly World War 3 should Russia finally lose patience by responding in kind, then a huge effort has been made to make it look that way.

As the Russian Center for Syrian Reconciliation reported, all the fake footage of "chemical attacks," designed to facilitate the implication of Syrian government forces, is expected to be sent to different TV channels before the end of the day.
"According to the information received from inhabitants of Idlib province, militants are now filming a staged provocation in the city of Jisr al-Shugur, where "chemical weapons" are depicted as being used by the Syrian army against civilians. No questions about Transnistria? I was there yesterday and all public buildings fly the Russian flag alongside the Transnistrian flag. Currently enjoying Odessa, which is like Paris on the Black Sea (apart from the prices). Half a dozen beers washed down with a large pizza in the historic centre: £8. And no, they don't take Euros :-)

More detailed info from Russia MoD today re events in Idlib is pasted below. Since the last alleged chemical attack earlier this year Russia's placed more military assets inside Syria and has a fleet of warships in the vicinity.

The White Helmets have shot at least nine videos intended to serve as proof in accusations that the Syrian government conducted a chemical weapon attack using chlorine against civilians in Idlib, the Russian military claims.
A number of Middle Eastern TV channels and a regional affiliate of a US broadcaster “have shot nine videos, in Jisr al-Shughur city in Idlib province, of a staged chemical attack” that will be blamed on the Syrian government, the Russian Reconciliation Center In Syria said in a statement on Wednesday.
All videos show activists from the White Helmets group, which purportedly provides assistance to civilians, the statement claims.
The Russian military details that on September 11, the White Helmets and terrorists from Tahrir al-Sham (commonly known as Al-Qaeda in Syria) held a meeting following the filming process, in which they selected two out of nine videos for future transfer to the United Nations and the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW). The remaining videos are to be used for propaganda on social media networks due to the poor quality, the military claims.
At the same time, since September 9, the White Helmets have been staging rehearsals of an alleged chemical attack in Khan Shaykhun, Russian officials say in the same statement, claiming that the rehearsals feature up to 30 civilians, including a dozen children aged 8-12.
Further claims by the Russian military indicate the White Helmets, along with the terrorists, are preparing an “actual use of poisonous chorine-based substances” on the people participating in the filming of the fake videos.
On-the-scene preparations of places for explosions of toxic substances is carried out by members of Hurras al-Din terrorist group (or the Guardians of Religion Organization, which is affiliated with Al-Qaeda), the statement claims.
The militants have selected 22 children and their parents from several villages in the Aleppo governorate who will play parts in staging fake chemical weapon attacks.
Another group of children is comprised of orphans kidnapped from refugee camps, who are meant to be used for the footage of death scenes. It is currently kept in one of the buildings of the Ikab prison controlled by Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist group.
Signs of activities to prepare staged chemical weapon attacks were reported in Kafir-Zait, the military claims, also naming two villages where toxic chemicals have been delivered to stage provocations.

The Russian military are back to forecasting another planned false flag chemical incident by the same actors in a different Idlib town. The report linked below offers no insight into why footage hasn't emerged of another staged event they said was filmed last Tuesday.

Team China, Syria, Russia and Iran are itching to rid Idlib of Team US, UK, Israel, Saudi funded terrorists most of whom consist of the Al Qaeda variety that the latter have supposedly waged a War on Terror against since 2001.

I tell you what, I wouldn't want the know the truth, there must be chatter amongst the generals , otherwise we would be all killing each other on another territory, perhaps it's an agreed testing area , for all these new hi tec weaponry on all sides ,and we drop old Assad a few quid a free lunch, lol.
