Sadly as we all already know this will be moved for television. Sky favourites again.

Let's deterrmine when it will be played.

Police will insist on an early kick off for certain. So that rules out totally the Friday night and the Monday night.
So Saturday or Sunday.

No cup replay nonsense to worry about.

Sunday 12 noon or Saturday 12:30pm.
This is hard to determine but I feel they will all want it on the Saturday.

So my unofficial announcement is a fixture change.

This after 19 years experience of being buggered around by TV coverage and police advice. :hehe:

You've got to say based on how we're playing at the moment, the never been done before double is certainly on the cards. So yeah, a huge game.

Sky already have games on the Friday 20:00 (Sheff Utd v WHU) and Saturday 17:30 (Spurs v Liverpool).

So will either go in at 12:30 on Saturday up against Palace v Arsenal, which is on BT.

Or 12:00 on the Sunday.

Unless they choose 19:45 on the Saturday evening.. :hehe:

If its anything as horrific as yesterday it should be scheduled for after the watershed.

If we carry on this season like we have been playing recently then the biggest game of the season will be next May as we may need 3 points top avoid relegation! At the moment the next two homes games are the most important. I have been watching City for 51 years now and whenever we get two home games in a row there is expectation of 6 points. we usually lose the first one and then hope to win the second one, but get a draw. Unfortunately both Birmingham and Bristol are in better form than us but 6 points from these games would make a huge difference. We can worry about the Swansea game after Xmas.

Sorry i actually misread the heading. Yes biggest game since 2013/14 which as the last home Derby game. I'd say that was more important though, but we may be in desperate need of points come January so you may well be right.

I'd go for the Sunday. Think of the overtime. I hate to think how much policing/stewarding yesterday cost. Enough to feed a small African country for a week, according to Mrs D. How kind it was of SWP to personally escort at least one coach all the way back to Cardiff.... a few hours overtime there, too.
