After a particularly difficult peice of work....

... today, I felt very pleased with what I had done. So pleased, that I stood up, looked up at the ceiling and pointed upwards, mouthing the words thankyou.

I thbnik I'll do this everytime I complete a difficult task from now on.

I did take my shirt off and run around the office. Not sure the women were pleased to see my fat gut wobbling around.

I successfully changed my password at the first attempt today (8-16 characters including both Upper and lower case letters, a number and a special character), so I ran half way down the office and did a knee slide into the water cooler.
Half of the others in my department joined in too.
