Any plasterers on here?

I'm thinking of skimming all walls and ceilings (old fashioned artexed)

What is a ball park figure per square meter for:

a.) Walls

b.) Removing old artex and skimming ceilings.

lot of plasterers skim off the pointed /protruding bits and cover , its another 100 I suspect, you could prepare the ceiling yourself to save on labour costs

Wouldn't a late 70s build have asbestos in it ?
