While it would have been good to have sold more tickets for Sheff Weds in a way I'm pleased that the robbing bastards aren't getting too much of our money...
Re: Other points raised at the meeting
This week has certainly had an influence on the Sheff Wed sales unfortunately

I’m glad our club doesn’t do it. You’ve got to hand it to CCFC, they could have taken advantage and whacked the ticket prices right up for the cup game, but I’m paying a total of £30 for me and my two lads, that’s less than one ticket for Sheff wed. Can’t fault them.

I live in Sheffield and I'm not going. I have got some major commitments on Saturday afternoon so it was always going to be difficult, but I could have got there if I really wanted. But I don't fancy busting a gut to pay inflated prices for a ticket to enrich the Wednesday owners even more. It is the same dilema every year with them since the take-over. I went last year but decided to boycott the year before. I know I'm not consistent, but they make it very easy for me to give it a swerve.

TV and ticket price would have kept the numbers down anyway.
