Yesterday - Rex Tillerson said that Russia were "clearly" responsible for the Salisbury poisoning.
Today - fired by Trump.

He seems to be saying they weren't by virtue of his silence. An intriguing situation indeed. What next? :sherlock:

Now there's a big surprise!
You're on the ball with these kind of things. Any ideas why the following weren't interviewed in this year long investigation?
Paul Manafort
Rick Gates
Michael Flynn
George Papadopolous
Those four chaps have something in common, can anyone remember what it is?

Charges against Flynn to be dropped?
The Aussies aren't too keen to release important info about Downer? (Papadopolous drinking buddy).
Manafort & Gates seem more connected to the Dems and Podesta than Trump?

As part of his plea agreement to fully co-operate.

Would imagine that the investigation would be extra keen to talk to him then.

Which they hid by spending their entire careers working with Republicans.

So can you think why they didn't bother to talk to them?

Reported that Tillerson was told on Friday so yesterday's quote was probably Rex just sowing some kippers into the White House curtains before he left!

He'll have some interesting things to say. A shame that investigation has closed and there isn't another ongoing that he could contribute to.

Mueller probe zeroes in on potential back channel between Trump campaign, Kremlin
Special counsel Robert Mueller is reportedly getting the cooperation of a Lebanese-American businessman with ties to Arab royalty in his probe of foreign influence on the Trump presidential campaign, including the possibility of a back channel between the Kremlin and the Trump transition team.
Citing “two people familiar with the matter,” The New York Times reported Tuesday evening that George Nader testified last week to the Mueller grand jury.

Pompeo last week, now Trump has trumped himself with the appointment of John Bolton. The gun-grabber-in-chief appears determined to fill the swamp to bursting point.

This was predicted a while ago, the Chief of Staff could be the next to move on.

Re: The Donald Trump thread
Trump loves neocons. Who's next to be given a job, Rumsfeld, Cheney or Wolfowitz? Bolton has yet to see a Middle East country he wouldn't like to bomb provided Tel Aviv also approve of freedom and democracy high explosives visiting mass murder upon their citizenry.

Re: The Donald Trump thread
Deep State Don who's committed to widening and deepening the swamp he campaigned to drain has royally pissed off his dwindling fan base today by signing a war bill by another name. It greatly increases military spending the day after he gave war loon John Bolton a job right after he appointed another Zionazi in ex-CIA director Pompeo.
If a huge conflict isn't dead ahead then a great effort has been made to create the illusion that one's in the offing.
