Would be a good signing for them
Obviously Warnock doesn't rate him - but I thought he did very well in the first half of 2017-18 before he faded (injury, form or couldn't keep up with the pace of the league?). As a squad player he seemed worth keeping. If he goes that reduces the number of CMs even more - to just Ralls, Vaulks and (if not a RB) Bacuna.
I hope that means we are bringing in someone much better than Damour? Rumour mill doesn't suggest that yet.... but I live in hope.
Even with one more CM player we would be undercooked in the middle.

The odd thing being that he stayed last season.
When we lost to Gillingham in the FA Cup last season, he looked our best outfield player. I though that maybe Warnock would give him a chance this seasonQuote:

Last I heard from Hearts forum was that they wanted Whelan ahead of him, and would only sign Damour if they couldn't land Whelan. We may end up being stuck with him. But there again there's no point getting rid if we don't sign any more midfielders.
