He did say the same thing years ago. It's nothing new. He even voted for USA to host it.
True, he had many shady failings but Blatter didn’t vote for Qatar, he backed the USA. Although his reasoning wasn’t regarding people’s rights or slave labour it was him insisting that Qatar was too small to host such a large event.Quote:
