The City foundation do walking football at the house of sport on a Thursday afternoon
Might be to far for you, but I organise a social game of 6 a side every Wednesday in Brackla, Bridgend. more the merrier, make random teams when we get their and just play for an hour.

why not just go sign up as a spare for powerleague? there are always teams looking for extras in the lower divisions
