More destabilising than NW going will be VT deciding to sell up.
And why wouldn’t he do it now.
I guess he can ask the club to pay back much of his debt from the parachute payment and sell his shares at a reasonable price.
If he does go, the board will go to and then we will be in a state of upheaval.

Wouldn't it be better to sell us when in the premier League?

It would, but he hasn’t and can you say when it might happen again.
Sunderland, Stoke, Swansea to name a few.

The big problem with this discussion is no-one is going to buy us.
Vincent Tan or his family will probably be our owners for years.

Why do people keep on about Tan selling all the time.
Ever thought he doesn't want to and is happy owning the club?
He did say if the right offer came in for the club or any of his businesses he would consider it and that's all.
The other board kept making rubbish stories up about Tan wanting out and is ready to sell bla bla and the gullible few believe the rubbish.

I hope you are right. But none of us can say with any certainty that he will or he won’t.
Re: More destabilising than NW going will be VT deciding to sell up.
Anyway the parachute payments cannot be used to pay VT. it's not allowed

Haven't seen anything anywhere to suggest Tan is selling.

no one could say with certainty that the owners of Citeh or Liverpool or Man U won't sell but why would people think they might?

Exactly. Other things that would be more distabilising than warnock going include 10 of our players getting long term injuries; introduction of a “not above head height” rule; the FA making us play in the league of wales; thermonuclear war; or changing the colour of our shirt and rebranding as Super Lucky Red Dragons Team Cardiff Go Malaysia. But fortunately these are all bizarre events with infinitesimally long odds. Except the thermonuclear war one.
