not sure what point you are making with this comment. Please do elaborate what you are trying to get across. Not flaming - just an odd thing to post in this thread.

Perhaps he is alluding to the lack of self-determination for the Palestinian people and the fact that the illegal occupation they suffer with such dignity has gone on for 68 years.

I'm a supporter of the Palestinian Solidarity Campaign and an anti-Zionist. A one state solution with full citizenship rights along with the right of return for all Palestinians who wish to, would be a reasonable start.

I have the same freedom of speech to say that they can pay their own fines.
Is that not ok?
They would respond that they have a greater affinity with those who have been occupied than the British troops I'm sure.
To which one can reasonably say that the troops followed orders set out by the British government at the time and it's individual soldiers and their families who are being disrespected rather than the British government at the time.

Why do you find it odd? Supporters were flying a national flag to show support to the country of the flag they were flying. Happens all the time, what's the big deal?
Uefa nothing more on their minds?

Do you think the kids killed playing football on a beach in this link lacked dignity?

I couldn't disagree with you more.
When a country like Isreal blockades another country and then plays it's football in another continent then what is worth debating ? It's quite simple, its plainly obvious.

Do you realise that more British service personnel were killed in Palestine, than all the troops killed in Iraq and Afghanistan combined? 784 of them to be precise.

It's OK extremist Islam is back to even the board up.
I appreciate that sounds stupid, but no more stupid than your own comment.

Mine is backed by fact.
One of the members features extreme right-wing avatar of a woman banned from Britain for her racist views. The same woman arranged for EDL leader Tommy Robinson, using a fake passport, to meet her in New York. She also was linked to Norwegian mass
killer Anders Breivik, as it was found that a large portion of his so-called manifesto came from her.
The reason for that particular avatar is to make a political statement, his comments back this up. I have no problem with that as that's what free speech is all about, but in the interests of balance, other countervailing views should be aired as well.
