There’s only one decent ref in the league and that’s Michael Oliver

Guy we had last night seemed a good sort.

Exactly, what was his name? Bartley Warnock wasn’t it? 🤪

He’s not too bad. Seen him have a few mares but he’s not the arrogant type like Dean.

Atkinson and Moss are good
The way Mike Dean acts now is almost self-parody
-
Re: Mike Dean ... why is he still employed in the PL?
I remember the game he was ridiculed for celebrating an advantage he played that led to a Spurs goal. He was running down the line chuffed with himself like Shearer after he had just scored.

I swear he only gave us an advantage for the winner against Soton at home because he couldn’t get the whistle to his mouth quick enough

How does he pass the fitness test? Must be a mate of Mike Riley’s.

Pardon? The 3 best are: John Moss, Martin Atkinson and Andre Mariner.
StT.

If the most noticeable thing about him is his size then he must be doing a pretty good job

I don’t see how noticing that he struggles to keep up with play and always looks like he’s blowing through his arse means he’s doing a pretty good job?

Re: Mike Dean ... why is he still employed in the PL?
Always felt we’d had a fair deal with Dean before. Marriner was decent on Tuesday, but may have awarded Brighton a pen for a pull by Manga- although we had a shout as well in the highlights when it looked like Hoillet was tripped..
Overall it was pretty uneventful on the controversy front
Agree that Oliver has been good most times we’ve had him
Who was the berm that disallowed Bamba’s last minute winner at Millwall last year.. he was dire. Ignored 2 elbows in the face to Madine too

Remember referee who officiated the game at NP against Sheff Utd and sent off two of our players?
Feck me I’ve seen some shit refereeing performances over the course of this season but that one will live with me.

I don't think we've had a fair deal off dean. I genuinely believe that after the coin struck him in the derby he should never have taken charge of a city game again. I do not believe he is or can be balanced in reffing one of our games.

John Moss for all the jibes about his weight etc is a ref with common sense.
Just hope we get a decent ref at Fulham and v Palace.

He literally gave us a penalty for nothing 20 minutes later in that game

Although I thought that was definitely a penalty for the push by Williams
