Fans are. Players not so. Villa seem comfortable.
Albion got nothing up front.
I think there's a gravity problem in the Midlands - there's a lot of Villa players falling over for no reason. Also listening to the pre-match build up I think its an honour for the other 21 players to be on the same pitch as 'The wonderfully talented' Jack Grealish. He's decent but come on.
goal WBA
Oops
From a selfish point of view I think we want rid of villa rather than wba. Most of West broms team are over 30, villa would be better next year
was looking forward to this game but been poor so far . should open up second half
Hoping for a better second half. Grealish to score from outside the area to complete my double. Can’t believe he didn’t take that free kick!
Villa looking very dodgy at the back, will surely pay for one of their mistakes soon.
Can Villa afford financially to miss out again ?
Albion down to ten men again, Brunt off a few minutes ago, second yellow for a rash challenge.
WBA’s 10 men hanging on, ten minutes of extra time to go.
Penalties
WBA - miss
Pens, just noticed West Brom are the only one of the four play off clubs who aren’t sponsored by 32 Red, weird!!!!
Villa - score
WBA - miss (actually a second great save from the keeper)
Villa - score
2 nil Villa ater two kicks each
WBA - score
Villa - score
Now 3 - 1 Villa after three kicks each.
WBA - score
Villa with a kick to win
Villa - MISS
WBA - score
3 - 3 but Villa with a kick to win it
Villa score and head to Wembley.
WBA stay in the Championship
Shame.
WBA were horribly negative over both games. Thought villa were there for the taking for all the pretty passing they created next to nothing in either game
Villa keeper came off his line early for first two pens/saves.
Villa should be made to suffer the consequences of their dreadful financial mismanagement over the last five seasons or so and, with Leeds likely to see off Derby tonight, the two sides that I definitely did not want to go up from the Play Offs will be contesting the Final.
Was very disappointed by the Baggies over the two games. I've not seen as much Championship football as I normally do this season and have been surprised by how inconsistent they've been, but from what I've seen of them recently, they are a limited team that is definitely not the sum of their, ageing in many cases, parts.
Villa have been extremely wasteful since they came down to this division, and they can't have been far off falling foul of FFP rules.
However, they have such a higher income than a lot of other clubs that they can (almost) afford to.

Villa and Leeds are the two biggest sides in the Championship, better for us to get rid of one of them?
