I hate 3 at the back. I don't see the point of having wing backs and wingers (people will no doubt disagree) bit I like one or the other.
Go wing backs then the players in front have to be a bit more solid and tuck in I think..

Manga Morrison Bamba
Jazz and Bennett wong backs
3 central midfielders probably Ralls grujic and Patterson (I'd go Damour mind)
2 strikers
Wing backs and wingers leaves us too open and easy to play through so we need the extra man in the middle, that's the best way to play that formation.
If he wants wingers then lose the wing backs..end of the day you can't force 11 on the pitch to keep your wingers happy because you insist on a formation.
