No ban as they are no longer termed as a club, they are a foreign self built middle eastern enclave who we awarded special diplomat status and privalages.

One day Man City will win the world cup .

Argh what a far cry they are from Colin Bell , Franny Lea,Mike Summerbee, and Dennis Tueart .

This could have been us if Sam the (Lebennese ) Man had been allowed to follow through his dreams, with his cohorts.

They get all the advantages a billion pound can buy and yet they still rob youth players from academies across the country like they did with us and Matondo. Practically no one that comes through their youth team started off there.

And City admitted the mistake whereas Chelsea denied it..... same as in criminal law... admission lowers the sentence.

Shame the PL / EFL dont have rules to stop bigger teams robbing smaller teams within their jurisdiction

I would expect the punishment to depend on the level of the breach. For instance, if Chelsea had done it on 10 transfers and Man City on 2, I'd expect a different level of punishment. I'm not up on exactly what each club has done, but just saying that this is a possibility. I'd expect a club who has been "advised" or "warned" about it but who has carried on doing it to be hit harder as well.

Think it was 2 for Citeh. But as someone also.mentioned above, Citeh also admitted their mistakes, so that could have something to do with the punishment too.
