I used to be a real real ale buff, but now drink mainly good quality pils. I do still love a good pint of my all time fave 'London Pride', 'Young's Special Ale' is also a classic .
In answer to your query, my favourite for good quality and a great variation is The Hopbunker.

If you measure it in terms of choice it's got to be the Hop Bunker.
City Arms is my favourite, Tiny Rebel is good. Pen and Wig is good and does a discount for CAMRA members.
If you want a good pint before the game then St Canna's has a good choice
I'd add the Cambrian to the Hopbunker, propa drinking dens, good selections and no music bumping your head all night.Quote:
