They should throw away the key.
Re: They should throw away the key.
Thankfully its Texas and punishment will be dealt out , thank God this didn't happen here or in Europe ,she'd probably have some half arsed detention for being assessed as having diminished responsibilities .

Which particular case in the UK or Europe are you thinking of?

This is obviously based on some evidence.

She would almost certainly serve a long sentence for manslaughter.

Unless, of course, she got Bob Massingbird to represent her...
Bob Massingbird was the most brilliant legal mind in all of England. He once got a killer freed (and knighted in the New Year's Honours list), despite the fact that the man had been seen committing the murder by 13 witnesses, held the murder weapon in his hand and told arresting officers: "I'm glad I killed the bastard" indicating that he was clearly guilty. The family of the victim was even forced to pay to have the blood washed out of the killer's jacket. Massingbird also got Oscar Wilde convicted for acts of homosexuality, despite hard evidence of Wilde's heterosexuality.

It makes me sick to the stomach what she done. No excuse, no excuse at all.
She got no place on this earth. If I had my way she would be hung.

No one commenting on the real cause of the tragedy DRUG use. Cannabis forgetfulness.
Tragedy...it makes me aware of the real dangers of drug use on others.

The crazy thing is that it was toddlers. If a toddler refused to leave a car, wouldn't anyone with even the tiniest bit of common sense, simply pick them up and take them out, lock the car and put the keys out of the way.

You and I clearly have differing definitions of "long".
Based on the simplest of Google searches, it seems we continue with the soft touch on many manslaughter cases.
