Re: Opening Day: Bournemouth away. PREMIER LEAGUE FIXTURES
I actually had a Bournemouth fan telling me we had them first away about 2 weeks ago. It was either a fantastic guess or he's really in the know!
-
Re: Opening Day: Bournemouth away. PREMIER LEAGUE FIXTURES
It was leaked and was posted online. Mentioned on here as well.

There was an alleged leak a couple of weeks ago showing Bournemouth first game. Lucky guess? Possibly, possibly not.

It was a guess. The rest of the 'leaked' fixtures were wrong.
A broken clock is right twice a day, they were likely to get something right.

Only 2 mid-week games.
Arsenal away and I forgot the home one :hehe:

Sorry!

Re: Opening Day: Bournemouth away. PREMIER LEAGUE FIXTURES
So how many of those will be played on scheduled times and days then? Less than 50% probably.

Re: Opening Day: Bournemouth away. PREMIER LEAGUE FIXTURES
Tough finish, Chelsea, Man C, Liverpool, Manu in last 7 games 😳

Re: Opening Day: Bournemouth away. PREMIER LEAGUE FIXTURES
A truly horrific set of fixtures.
After the first 3 games we then play 5 of the top 6 in a period of 7 games. We also play 9 of last years top 10 in a period of 12 games.
Fast forward to the end of the season where we will no doubt be needing points to survive and we play Liverpool, Chelsea, Man City and Man U in 4 of our last 7 games.
I know everyones got to play everyone twice but the fixture schedule has not been kind to us at all.
I strongly belive Warnock and Cardiff City are not wanted in the Premier League and they have done their upmost to ensure its only a 1 year stint.

Re: Opening Day: Bournemouth away. PREMIER LEAGUE FIXTURES
Don’t be so paranoid, the fixtures have so many rules that have to be followed with regards to who can play Home and away on the same day etc that it would be very difficult to work it like that.

Conversely it could be a good thing to play the top teams end of season when they could already be safe in the European top 4 places, or their minds could be concentrated on European/FA/League cup games and squads are stretched.
Liking the Christmas fixtures Man U on the 22nd Dec and Spurs New Years day.

Warnocks agricultural football, and his aggressive attitude towards match officials, is not good for their brand.

We're welsh, our fans, Warnock, style of play. That's four off the top of my head.
