Man City getting hammered at home
Saturday will be easy.
Maybe they are resting players for their big game on Saturday.

Yeah.... or perhaps they might just take their frustration out on us :yikes:

Re: Man City getting hammered at home
They are resting players actually.
You can bet the big guns will be on in the second half mind!
Let's hope the ****ers pick up some injuries.

Chris Sutton can shove it right up his jacksy, Man City resting players in the Champions League because they’ve got us on Saturday. Proper respect, I love it👍👍👍

Re: Man City getting hammered at home
Real shame we don't have NM-L and Murphy fit as Lyon as showing Citeh can be got at on the counter with pace...
-
Re: Man City getting hammered at home
I see Sane is still alive then... 1 - 2 now

What’s wrong with Murphy?

I think he's tidy enough, but a distinct lack of pace and experience as a winger surely rules him out. Is it something like 5 appearances in the last 6 years or something for him?
I expect he'll eventually be replaced on the bench by Smithies once he's fit again.

Hamstring apparently. Could be back but seems unlikely...

Re: Man City getting hammered at home
Man city fecking shite. Lyon were 18/1 to win tonight and thoughrley deserved their win. Served them right for not fielding their best team from the start.
We'll be lucky to get nil on Saturday mind. 😁

Re: Man City getting hammered at home
Final score 1 - 2 Oh dear, how sad, never mind...
I know they'll stuff us Saturday but their loss tonight has made me much happier about that prospect for some odd reason :-)

Re: Man City getting hammered at home
The only problem I have with Man City is it appears some have forgotten where they have come from.
It's probably only a small minority but they should realise they are only doing what they are now because a very rich man wanted a play thing.
Other than that I like their kit and play some excellent football, also don't like the drooling over Pep in like Mourinho had previously.

Nerves has not to them, Joey Bennett is appearing in thier nightmares.

Unfortunately, also makes it more likely, bordering on certainty.

Re: Man City getting hammered at home
Which players did they rest then? Looks like their first team to me

Re: Man City getting hammered at home
St John's Ambulance have ordered 18 stretchers for Saturday
-
Re: Man City getting hammered at home
Sane, agrureo, company etc.
-
Re: Man City getting hammered at home
They have got a few injury problems with DeBryne out longterm.
I've got a sneaky feeling we may just fluke a draw.
👯

I think they'll be 3-0 up by half time
