Singing zones for me are where you go to sing even if you're two nil down and playing poorly - they're meant to act as the drummer/band in leading the singing. However, the other parts of the crowd are meant to join in and see the noise spread around the fans section.
Away fans are all meant to be singers so this is more like the creation of a family zone rather than the creation of a singing section and family section.
