Every round there has been a cock up, but it means the name Carabao is mention more and more.
Early draw Charlton drawn out twice, then they had the idea to place Newport in the northern section, then a 4am in the morning draw, todays supposed to be live on Twitter but delayed and now showing on delayed feed. Draw being made by Phil Tufnell and Matt Dawson, WTF have they got to do with football.

Well, well, well. So all that delay because of "technical difficulties" to just to fix the draw so the big clubs get the small fry.
A simple hot balls / cold balls pulled out of the bucket would have been far simpler and swifter course of action. Why try to fix something that isnt broke :shrug:
