We could play 10 across the 18 yard line :wales:

Mad to think about 24 hours from now we'll still be celebrating Lee Peltier's 95th minute screamer

Re: CARDIFF CITY v LIVERPOOL. Match thread
I would fecking love to wipe the smile of those plastic scouse supporters. Better not cheer or clap near me tomorrow.

Good point! Add in Gunnar to protect the back 6 and we're looking good.

That was tense. Loving the lack of ball boys

Re: CARDIFF CITY v LIVERPOOL. Match thread
It appears we have cheated by not watering the pitch before kick off!
Slows the ball up you know. Liverpool's slick speedy lads don't like it!
Gamesmanship! :hehe:

Greame Le Saux wouldn't shut up about it in the first half.

Van Dijk is a superb player. He didn't give Niasse a sniff today.

He could’ve made more of a nuisance of himself by trying to get himself onside a couple of times though after ample opportunity to do so.

Niasse got round him and was heading towards goal along the goal line in the first half but looked like had one touch too many. Looked a decent half-chance.
But yes, very good player.

Re: FT: CARDIFF CITY 0 - 2 LIVERPOOL. Match thread
So it was a penalty and Liverpool did deserve to win, however very tough to take conceding to what appeared to be a scuffed pass from the corner. I don't think that was the plan at all.
Still, I hope all the South Walian plastics were listening to "we support our local club" song and realised how stupid their position is. There was a petition a couple of years ago to try and make sure the Kop was kept scouse and that's the sort of club they're spending hundreds of pounds on every year, money which could instead be going on developing local football and giving South Walian's better opportunities for development.
