New York flights for under £60!
They already do budget transatlantic flights of course, but Norwegian are going to start even cheaper fares in the coming year from Edinburgh and Ireland, but they are also looking at different airports. It would be great to see the WAG try and get them into Cardiff Airport.

Re: New York flights for under £60!
Fair play it would be class to skip off to New York for a long weekend for as much as it might cost to get to London and back

The oldest daughter wants to do to NY, at that type of price, might be a long weekend type of trip

norwegian website.
flights on 787 dreamliner.
my lad threw a pile of ideas/dreams in the air and found these daft prices.
we are now planning a week's worth of sightseeing inc a greyhound bus to Boston, a basketball game, a stand up show, new jersey, brooklyn bridge, central park, manhattan, empire state, etc etc.
i had no idea this was going to happen when i got up today.

Quick CCMB straw poll. Do you care where you land? I do.

As long as I know in advance, no not really.
For example, I've been to Orlando many times, and the queues at immigration at MCO can be horrendous, never mind the car-hire queue. Meanwhile, over at Sanford it's like getting off a bus in comparison.

I've caught flights to Bristol quite a few times and on 1 occasion I ended up landing in Luton and on another I landed in Manchester.
I certainly cared then.

That's what I think. The article cites an airport 75 miles from Frankfurt being advertised as Frankfurt.

Re: New York flights for under £60!
Clearing customs at Dublin is great. Arrive at T5 in JFK, pick up your bags and you're away.
They have a similar arrangement with Mexico....well they did!
Aer Lingus flights are more expensive this year though, and the layovers in Dublin a bit longer for some reason.
Managed to get some cheap flights with Virgin ex Heathrow in April to NY.
