They can also play in Qualifying rounds of Workd Cup but not the final stages. They can field a neutral team not under Russian flag.

It hasn't gone far enough.
They have been flying in the face of doping rules for donkeys, but I think it would be a mistake chucking them out of Euro2020 with nations having to play there. It would be carnage!
Just as it was a huge mistake giving them a venue in the first place!

I saw a documentary about the east german / USSR doping program, they took young teenagers and put them on a program to turn them into world beating athletes, it was scary, mage the USPS cycling program look small time
they havent really stopped the process, just got smarter at it

What an interesting thing a fully drugged up, performance enhanced games would be. Surprised no morals free promoter hasn’t sorted one out. 100 metres in 5 seconds, long jumpers landing three streets away, high jumpers clearing the stands, javelin throwers wounding folk in the next town, would be compulsive viewing:hehe:
