He was a bit "meh".
Nothing much happened in his effort. He did a debate, where he wasn't even that right wing.
But like always people find UKIP and their candidates an easy target and a cheap way of showing everyone they're morally correct.

Even in his resignation speech he was still banging on about stupid policies like banning face veils for gods sake. They've been used by people for getting out of the EU. They are now an irrelevance.
