Not good enough. Scrap them. The bridge has been paid for, the maintenance can come from road tax.

Nope, there is still millions of debt. The road needs resurfacing. Plans are to reduce it further in the future once all debts have been paid off and maintenance all up to date.

Installing the barrier-less system will make a huge difference to traffic flow. They need to just get on and do it!

I thought it was good news and its prudent to ensure we can pay for its maintenance there is to much giveaway in today's Welsh society, with free prescriptions , discounted student fees , about to end I think , , the cost of Welsh Language, no wonder we struggle with the core provisions of NHS and Education standards in Wales .

This is great for businesses like mine. Using Commercial vehicles regularly. Better than the 13 odd quid , great reduction

The reduction has to be good news, and if it's combined with free flow to stop the ridiculous queues at the toll booths then that will be great. But I don't see why the maintenance has to be paid for by a toll. The M4 requires maintenance, that's paid for by general taxation, I see no reason why the bridge shouldn't be.
