CASHLESS PART 2 !!!!!

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, went to the bank yesterday (Nat West), queue was out the door because the COMPUTER was saying NO :hehe:

They were asking if people were just paying bills by CASH, would they come to the front of the queue :hehe::hehe:

Apparently they said, the problem with the system was affecting Lloyd’s bank as well.

Can’t wait to see what happens when the computer goes down at CCS !!!!!

Sad thing was, that I had to join the queue as I wanted cash out, before you say use the cash point, THEY WERE OUT OF ORDER AS WELL (part of the same fault)

Got my pocket money for today now though, all I need now is “a day pass out” :hehe:

cashless is fine.....as long as the internet is stable.
things could get crazy with a web attack or interference from other countries.

Mastercard, Visa, American express I ain't got nothing against no credit cards but the cash is the best.

With a bank phone app you can pay bills from your own house.
You can now even pay a cheque in by the app.

I used to enjoy my Friday afternoon, pop into town, buy a Jamaican pasty from sainsburys , have a Frappachino from Starbucks, pop into the bank to pay all my cheques in ( sometimes upto 50 of them ) have a chat to the staff i knew, grab a quick coffee of them ( being a business customer ) and home i would go

to be fair, Halifax still get all my cheques ( and my money ), they are slightly better of as i dont have a coffee of them :hehe:

Oh and Starbucks are a evil corporate company who put independent coffee shops out of business, but i do love a frappachino :hehe:

Its the way forward. Havent tried it but i believe theres an app for a pub think its weatherpoons where u buy your beer and its brought straight to u.

‘Ring of Fire’ by Johnny Debit -Card-Bank-App just doesn’t have the same appeal. Owen Money can f*ck off though🤪🤪
