I'm watching House Of Cards excellent stuff , Line of Duty was superb , as was the recent The Missing , Mr Robot very different and good ,hell of a twist .Quote:

3% on Netflix is good. A brazilian sci fi series about a a segregated society, where 3% of the population live on the "offshore".

The ordinary peasants have to go through tests and this series follows a group through it.
It really doesn't deserve the low netflix rating. I imagine many down vote it when they realise it's in subtitles.
