"Democratic congressional aides made unauthorized access to a House server 5,400 times and funneled “massive” amounts of data off of it. But there’s nothing to see here, Democrats told The Washington Post: They were just storing and then re-downloading homework assignments for Imran Awan’s elementary-school aged kids and family pictures."

Re: The Donald Trump thread
Let's check in on how Trump is dealing with Puerto Rico. Last week he tweeted about how fantastic his and his administration's response has been (and throws in a 'poor me' whinge about the press) with some not-very-veiled comments about the debts the country has.
The mayor of the capital then tearfully tells the world that they are in real trouble and compares the lack of help from the US as being close to genocide.
Trump tweets:
"The Mayor of San Juan, who was very complimentary only a few days ago, has now been told by the Democrats that you must be nasty to Trump. Such poor leadership ability by the Mayor of San Juan, and others in Puerto Rico, who are not able to get their workers to help. They want everything to be done for them when it should be a community effort. 10,000 Federal workers now on Island doing a fantastic job."
Trump played golf today and will visit the island next week.

He's gone off one one about Fake news in another tweet.
As that's really important in this time of a humanitarian crisis.

That's always happened, but we didn't have the parrot phrase of fake news. What you've got in that article is two retired people of similar positions with opposite views. Not sure how you can draw conclusions from it.
What we're talking about his trump's tweets, and he's made more since. No President would really have that much say in the logistics but he put himself right in the centre with his critical comments as the disaster unfolded.

Yeah, because that mayor was going off on TV saying nobody was helping, but forgot that she was standing in front of a mountain of aid pallets, and the MSM were blaming Trump for it, and for North Korea, and for the NFL, and for whatever else they could dream up

Is that a fair, unbiased and on the fence assessment of what happened with the San Juan mayor in your view? Do you think that the president's words were justified for her behaviour?

Weird, it's like he knows something that we don't, or he is sending a hidden message :sherlock:

My warmest condolences and sympathies to the victims and families of the terrible Las Vegas shooting. God bless you!

I think he's saying something to the Democrats. Or maybe to the Fabian Society.
Or the globalists, yeah I bet it's a hidden message to the globalists. Warm condolences, global warming, that's the clue.

Good theory, but it still doesn't explain his use of English.

No he is just a sociopath and therefore has to clumsily pretend he cares.

Hi Lardy. I loved lardy cakes as a child but i don't eat them nowadays as I'm gluten free. Anyway - do you reject claims that the Fabian society is trying to bring about a socialist revolution by stealthy means? And do you reject claims that "globalists" are attempting to bring about a one-world government through fair means or foul? Cheers

Obama is a Fabian, and he left a nice little structure in place when he left office, hence all the chaos since Trump became president. I believe they even have a name for it, the purple revolution or something like that.

Maybe it's because he's a bit thick?
The evidence seems to back it up.

Trump is responsible for all the chaos as Trump doesn't help himself.
Blame Obama and Clinton when it's goes wrong and attribute it to Trump when things go right is it?
Dear oh Dear 😃😃😃

Hi Severn! Thanks for your questions and I'm glad you like(d) lardy cakes. I used to have one as my picture on here but can't be bothered to do it again on the new board. At least it won't fire up your appetite.
I don't know enough about the inner workings of the Fabians to be confident about their stealthy (and presumably secret) plans. And I would imagine that some people who identify as globalists are trying to get a nice one-world government but others realise that's not gonna happen.
Hope that helps!

Thanks for getting back to me. Regarding the Fabian Society's aims, Wikipedia states that
Quote:
The Fabian Society is a British socialist organisation whose purpose is to advance the principles of democratic socialism via gradualist and reformist effort in democracies, rather than by revolutionary overthrow
An explanatory note on the opening page of the society's first pamphlet reads
Quote:
For the right moment you must wait, as Fabius did most patiently, when warring against Hannibal, though many censured his delays; but when the time comes you must strike hard, as Fabius did, or your waiting will be in vain, and fruitless.
On the Fabian Society's website, under "About Us" they write
Quote:
We advocate gradualist, reformist and democratic means in a journey towards radical ends.
http://www.fabians.org.uk/about/
As for the globalists' aims, here is a link to a site quoting and referencing dozens of globalists (and their opponents). You may peruse these fascinating titbits at your leisure, while eating lardy cake!

And he did it in the 10 weeks between election and inauguration? Wow, quite a miracle worker, isn't he?

Actually it all goes back to Bush Senior, or even further. The Clintons and the Bushes had some continuity, changing the party in power didn't make much difference as they were all on the same team.
