I say this as a high street solicitor: go and see a solicitor in a firm local to you. Stay away from the claims management companies that advertise on TV.

Check your lease to see if there's any reference to the management company having to install CCTV, I doubt there is but worth a look. If you haven't got a copy you can get one from the land registry...
