My first "live" game for 2 years and agree with your report which was a fair reflection of the game. I thought the subs selected should have tried to address our obvious weakness down the right...
Didn't seem to be in control of the game. Quite a few obvious fouls and shirt pulls that she didn't seem to see. Still, same for both sides. We didn't seem to be up for it second half for some reason

I was on that train as well,Steve the Tea. Sheffield seemed to score every time they attacked and passed us off the pitch. Game was played at a cricket ground!
Me!! Bob Bank. Bobby Woodruff still lives in Canton I think.
Is Murphy a waste of space 🤔
Very interesting stuff. I must admit that I had remembered Mick as a manager of Ireland and Ipswich whose favourite score was 0-0 or 1-0. But I think that he made the point with us of playing people...
Brilliant, brought back so many memories. A few recollections. I was for some reason just as pissed off with us selling Peter Rodrigues a few years earlier and certainly Ramsey for a measly £5M...
Your book has arrived, thanks very much Paul. Looks good, will be reading it this weekend. As a 19 year old then, my memory of the Real Madrid night is rather hazy apart from the goal, although one...

4-4-2, forget the wingers
Wouldn't it be nice if our absent owner could be there. Huge game, boost to the players, chance to talk to Neil and say hello to us supporters.
Prefer to watch the City.
No way!
Also not been on for a bit. 70 now (first game in 1959.... applause). Regular from the north till 2 years ago (age and distance) but took my 3 year old grandson to the Millwall game on Boxing Day....
1. Never, ever play Murphy. 2. Never, ever start with Ward. 3. Never, ever bring Patterson to get a goal. We know all this but obviously nobody has told you.☹️
Maybe replace NW with Tomlin 😎
2 weeks, Neil, to work for this game. Ffs
3-0 win takes us above them 😎
He's no Ronnie Bird, but let's hope he does the business tonight.
Fair Do's Forest Green, lived in Weston-Super-Mare for 2 years in the late 60s so went to watch them every home game. Much prefer them to get a result than Derby Snowty.
Not many times, Cowbridge. Seem to remember last year Wolves starting with the same 11 ten times in a row. Ok, they must have good physios or very lucky in training. Do you think our Neil would be...
Tomlin our saviour.. Come on you Bluebirds!!!
Fair Do's. Some battlers in there. Arsa obviously not interested,so bye bye. 2-0 City.
Ooops! my worst post ever? Penblwydd Hapus Neil. Not sure of your tactics as so pissed off with the first half. And a cracking winner from Junior. Guess I will be making the 200 mile journey again...
